2. Filling in Forms

Make filling in forms faster, easier and less prone to errors. For each line item in the form, provide a list of alternatives. Select and paste to fill in the form.

KwikText provides a better way to fill in electronic forms:

Minimize typing.
Assure consistency.
Recall appropriate alternatives.
Work faster. Just select and paste. No need to proofread or spell check.
Customize your template as you fill in the form.

Below, KwikText is being used to select items to insert into a form that contains three boxes (the form isn't shown). Click on a KwikText selection, in this case "Advanced Model", then click on the desired box in the form and press Ctrl-V. The selected node's content, in this case "TVX 459954" is placed in the desired box.

The template looks like this:

In this case, labels are added before each model number to make selection easier. You can add as many alternatives as required for each box.
