7. Student Report Cards

KwikText lets you do narrative portions of student report cards quickly and easily:

Structure templates and corresponding reports as you wish.

Notes on some of the added commands:

Added a "mark" command for fall quarter. When I start doing grades for the next quarter I would change it.
Added a "solo" command for grade and quarter because only one grade or quarter should be selected. The solo command enforces that requirement.
Added a punctuation command to add a period at the end of each statement.
Added "first" command, so program would include Bill's first name where required.

To use this template, type the student's name in the Subject box, click "AutoMark" to pre-mark the defaults, then click on the appropriate nodes. Add or modify material in the Content window as required.

When done, you can print, collect and paste, or when all evaluations are complete, export the entire set of records to a spreadsheet or text file.
