33. Open DOS Window

Here's how to open a window to Windows' underlying operating system:
  1. Click on the Windows Start button.
  2. Click on the Run icon.
  3. Type "command.com" in the Open box, then click OK. A window labeled MS-DOS Prompt will appear.
When you're done using the window, close it by clicking the X icon.
