3. Using KwikText
Here's a screen shot of KwikText in action:
When you click on a node in the Template Window, its content is sent to the Content Window, where it can be modified, and to the Composition Window, where it's added to the current collection. Punctuation is added automatically but can be overridden. Records are created automatically if there's a name in the Subject Box. If you want to add a new subject, just type it in. Handle multiple sessions with the same subject by changing the Session Box. Scroll through prior records by clicking the "Prior" button. KwikText keeps track of everything automatically. You can keep related templates and records together by creating new projects.
If you've created records, you can export them into a spreadsheet for analysis.
Here's a screen shot of the template.
Indentation indicates classification or ownership. A few special commands have been included in angle brackets. Commands let KwikText automatically fill in material for you or perform a variety of other tasks. For example, a "jump to" command puts you at another section of the template when you select the node containing the command.
