4. Subjects
Use KwikText subjects when you want to apply the same template to many different subjects. Use this feature for evaluations, surveys, interviews, examinations, comparisons and other similar projects. You wouldn't need to use subjects to click and paste bookmarks.
Subjects can represent anything: names, rooms, buildings, contracts, id numbers, projects, etc. A subject is whatever name you use to identify what you are applying the current template to. For example, if you are a teacher doing student evaluations, each subject represents another student's name. If you are doing a survey of rooms in a building, each subject represents a room number.
Create a new subject by simply giving it a name. Select an existing subject by selecting its name from the subject bar drop-down list.
When you select a new subject, the record for its most recent session is displayed.
When you change subjects, KwikText automatically saves the prior session's record before loading the new one. That means it saves a record of all marked template nodes, if there are any.
